Our Approach and Strategy
After meeting with the Choice Cabinet leadership team multiple times during our onboarding process, Milia Marketing went to the drawing board. Our Website Design and development questionnaire gathered all of the information we needed along with several in-person meetings. From there, we got to work on a comprehensive Website Design strategy that included Website audits, Competitive analysis, technical SEO audits, conversion rate optimization audits and more.
We met with the Choice Cabinet team to discuss our proposed next steps with revamping and improving their website which included presenting our audits/findings, roadmap, and our strategy.
We started with redesigning their website which focused on improving the foundation of their Search Engine Optimization while improving their Conversion Rate and User Experience.
Once launched, we prepared a comprehensive Google Ads and Facebook Ads strategy to proactively get in front of their target audience and capture interested prospects for both the B2B side and Consumer facing side.
Simultaneously, we worked on their National SEO presence to grow their digital footprint.
Choice Cabinet used traditional methods of marketing like billboards and radio advertisement. However, these outdated methods only resulted in huge expenses without providing any results. Choice Cabinet wanted to switch gears after seeing (or not seeing) the results of the billboards and radio advertising campaigns.
The biggest challenge and problem of them all was the outdated and inefficient website design. This outdated website was the main reason why many customers chose to shop at different brands as they could not get the information they needed, it was difficult to find, and it didn’t resonate with their target audience. Also, there was no option on the website to shop online or chat with the sales team.
