Reports and Marketing meetings are a case-by-case basis depending on the agreement.

We generally send Bi-weekly Website Performance Reports and schedule monthly Marketing Strategy meetings to review all analytics, how campaigns are performing, and what we need to improve.

We also create live reporting dashboards to allow you to check the ad campaigns performance at any time of the day for full transparency.

We have the capability to meet more frequently than monthly meetings and set recurring meetings to either every other week or weekly meetings depending on our agreement and goals of our Digital Marketing strategy.

Our Onboarding process is slightly different depending on the service. However, our digital marketing onboarding process for new clients generally looks like this:

  1. Proposal gets signed and the initial invoice is paid.
  2. Onboarding questionnaire is sent to gather initial details and access to all accounts
  3. Receipt of onboarding questionnaire
  4. Project kick-off call gets scheduled to review answers to questionnaires, clarify goals and expectations, and fill in any missing details.
  5. Milia Marketing gets to work on setting up the accounts, audits, and strategies.

Your main point of contact will be a dedicated Marketing Advisor who will be in constant communication with you regarding Digital Marketing strategies for your campaigns or project.

Our Marketing Advisor(s) will communicate with our in-house Paid Media Specialist, SEO Specialist, Web Developer, or other team members regarding strategy, results, and continuously improving the health of the accounts.
