Our Approach and Strategy
The Milia Marketing team performed a thorough analysis of the Anderson-DuBose business and its industry.
After meeting with key stakeholders from multiple departments, we went to the drawing board to craft multiple concepts and mockups based on initial data from Google Analytics, meetings, competitor analysis, audits, and more.
Anderson-DuBose built a state-of-the-art brand new facility which resulted in a multi-million dollar investment.
Their leadership team approach multiple marketing agencies for Web Development proposals. Factors into their decision included cost, timeline, expertise, experience, and overall approach.
Initially, we met on-site for corporate photography that allowed us to document and illustrate their facility through high quality photos. Photos included their warehouse, vehicles, semi-trucks, key stake holders, interviews, and more.
Next, we scheduled a drone aerial videography shoot to capture the entirety of the facility.
We developed a website that looked professional and reflected their brand identity. Our team used photos of their modern building and other facilities to create an attractive outlook of the website.
One of our main goals was to make the process of job application easier. We created a proper design that is easy to navigate and where applicants don’t have to call the company to ask for instructions. This saved the company thousands of dollars in customer support expenses. The content writers curated a website copy that shows the professionalism and commitment of the business.
We performed a complete Search Engine Optimization and Audit of the website and conducted thorough performance and security checks. The website went online after it was migrated to the new WordPress platform.
The team at Anderson-DuBose acknowledged that their website was outdated and needed an upgrade.
They wanted a complete redesign and overhaul of their website that represented their true brand identity and reflected the magnitude of their business. The goal wasn’t to get new clients, instead, it was to attract new talent to grow their team.
Their biggest problem was that many people who wanted to apply for jobs could not properly navigate the website and had to call them and ask about the process. They lost a lot of talented applicants due to the outdated process where modern websites now have easy-to-use employment applications.
